Terms, refunds and ownership
The short version: you pay the published price, you see the work before it is finished, you own the final film, and the Proof Scene is refundable if you do not like it.

What you pay
Every price on the pricing page is the price you pay. There are no setup charges, platform fees or hidden extras added later. Where we show launch pricing, that is the rate we are offering at the time, not a discount against a price we never charged.
The Proof Scene
The Proof Scene is our entry point: one hero scene of one product or property, at the published price. If you do not like the result, you do not pay for it. That is the whole point of it. Once you have seen it, the amount you paid comes off any larger film you book within 30 days.
If you are not happy with a larger film
Larger films include the number of revisions stated on the pricing page. We work in stages and show you frames before rendering, so problems are caught early rather than at the end. If something is delivered that does not match the agreed brief, tell us and we will fix it within the agreed revision rounds.
Timelines
A single scene is usually delivered in about 48 hours. A full film runs from 8 to 15 working days depending on the plan, as stated on the pricing page. Timelines start when we have your product details and any material needed to begin.
Ownership
When a project is paid in full, you own the finished film and may use it anywhere, forever, in any market. We keep the right to show the work as part of our own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Who we work with
We take on a limited number of projects at a time so each one gets proper attention. We may decline work we do not think we can do well, or that conflicts with an existing client in the same category and market.
