ASQ Visuals is a one-person studio led by Adnan. This page explains, in plain language, what happens with any information you send through the site's contact form.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the contact form on the Work page, the studio receives:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Company or brand name (optional)
• Project type and rough budget range
• The message you write about the project
• Timestamp of submission

No cookies, tracking pixels, analytics profiles, or advertising identifiers are attached to your submission.

How it's used

Your submission is used for a single purpose: so Adnan can reply personally to your inquiry and, if the project moves forward, discuss scope, timeline, and pricing. It is never used for newsletters, marketing sequences, or unsolicited outreach.

Sharing with third parties

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Submissions are stored in a secure managed database (Supabase) used only by the studio to keep track of inquiries. The infrastructure providers that host the site and database process data strictly on the studio's behalf.

How long it's kept

Inquiries are kept for as long as they may reasonably be useful for ongoing or future work together. If a project doesn't move forward, the record is archived and periodically cleaned out.

Requesting deletion

You can ask for your submission to be removed at any time. Email contact@asqvisuals.com from the address you used on the form and your record will be deleted within a few days, with confirmation back to you.
